Orders placed before 22:00 (Monday–Friday, GMT) enter our same-day fulfilment system.

Processing may commence immediately after an order is placed, including automated picking, packing, and dispatch preparation.

Once processing has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.

Cancellation requests submitted after dispatch confirmation will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 8 – PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

All returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Import & Customs Responsibility (International Orders)

Customers placing international orders confirm they have verified product legality in their jurisdiction.

  • Refused or destroyed shipments

International shipments may be subject to local import charges payable by the recipient.

Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

Delivery to the address provided at checkout is treated as delivery to the customer.

If a dispute is found to be abusive or fraudulent, we reserve the right to recover:
