JW Supplements operates a structured, time-sensitive fulfilment system designed to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

  • Orders are processed according to defined daily cut-off times
  • Courier collections follow scheduled dispatch windows
  • All shipments are securely and discreetly packaged

We prioritise efficiency, discretion, and secure handling across all territories we ship to.

UK DELIVERY

DPD Ship to Shop is now available across the UK, with over 16,500 pickup locations. This option is available at checkout where applicable.

UK customers currently have the following delivery options:

·        DPD 2 Day Ship to Shop — available at £2.99 where applicable

·        Free DPD 2 Day Ship to Shop — available on eligible UK orders over £50.00

·        Express 24hr DPD Tracked Delivery — available at checkout where applicable

Delivery options and prices are displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 22:00, Monday–Friday, are processed the same working day
  • Orders placed after 22:00 are processed the next working day
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed the next working day
  • “Next Working Day” refers to Monday–Friday only

DPD provides email and/or SMS notifications, including delivery updates where available.

Express Next Day service is not available for:

Northern Ireland
Offshore locations
Selected Highland postcodes

Any destination where DPD does not provide the service.

Where applicable, an alternative service or regional surcharge may apply.

EU DELIVERY

EU orders are shipped via DPD.

Costs are displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Typical delivery: 4–7 working days
  • Maximum target timeframe: 8 working days, subject to customs clearance

All parcels are dispatched using secure and discreet packaging methods.

USA DELIVERY

USA orders are shipped via DPD.

  • Standard service: 5–10 working days

Costs are displayed at checkout prior to payment.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

International orders outside the UK, EU and USA are shipped via DPD where available, transferring to a local delivery partner upon arrival in the destination country.

Estimated Delivery Timeframe

  • 4–10 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance

CUSTOMS, IMPORTS & INTERNATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

JW Supplements is a UK-based company exporting internationally.

By placing an order for delivery outside the United Kingdom, you confirm that you:

  • Have verified the legal status of the products in your country
  • Accept responsibility for compliance with local import regulations
  • Accept responsibility for any duties, taxes, or import charges

International shipments may be subject to local import fees payable by the recipient.

JW Supplements is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Import duties or taxation
  • Seizures by customs authorities
  • Shipments refused, destroyed, or abandoned by border agencies

If a shipment is returned due to customs action or refusal:

  • The parcel must be physically received back at our premises
  • Refunds will exclude original shipping costs
  • Non-recoverable courier fees will be deducted

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch, subject to non-excludable consumer rights under applicable law.

NON-DELIVERY POLICY

UK Orders

If your order has not arrived within 3 working days, please contact us.

EU Orders

If your order has not arrived within 8 working days, please contact us.

International Orders

If your order has not arrived within 11 working days, please contact us.

All non-delivery claims must be submitted within 25 days of dispatch.

FAILED DELIVERY & REDELIVERY

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

A redelivery fee may apply depending on the destination and courier charge.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive and sign for deliveries where required.

JW Supplements cannot be held liable for delivery failure where no courier or company negligence is established.
