Science Backs my Lunch

One of my favourite lunch time protein sources is a hache steak. I sometimes have it as a conventional burger using protein baps, with some side gluten free spaghetti in Walden calorie free tomato and basil sauce, salad, or brown rice with roasted veggies.

So considering the fact I can enjoy this choice of meat 2-3 a week often I was delighted to stumble across this piece:-
